The How U Doin Foundation is thrilled to introduce an enhanced six-day-a-week program for teenagers aged 13-17 and their families who are experiencing struggles with substance abuse disorder and mental health issues. Our program aims to provide a safe and interactive clubhouse setting, offering a variety of activities that promote fun, connection, and direction. At our program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in pizza and bread making, podcasting, safe social media creation, entrepreneurship, continuing education dreams, guest speakers, master classes, and experience trips. These activities are designed to cater to all teenagers and families, regardless of their challenges. We understand that not every teenager and family may have specific issues but still require support and engagement. Therefore, our program focuses on promoting personal growth, self-discovery, and meaningful connections. In our supportive environment, participants can explore their passions, learn new skills, and form lifelong friendships. In addition to the fun activities, we offer valuable Clinical Services that benefit teenagers and their families in various aspects of their lives. Expert guest speakers will provide insights on topics
such as goal-setting, communication, and personal development. These sessions empower teenagers and their families to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
