Hello, I’m Valerie Gotcher. I’m a responsible, energetic learner with a proven track record of determining how people can work together productively through empathetic & mission-centered leadership. I hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and have a history of success in the non-profit human services industry. I started a unique 501c3 at my dining room table and grew the organization to a $1 million budget over 10 years of leadership. A relationship expert in trust and authenticity, I find deep satisfaction in connecting people to what they need, planning, cultivating a healthy culture, and setting a strategic plan in motion. Today I help nonprofits scale up by developing strategic plans, sound policies and procedures, and advancing fundraising through a lens of lived Executive Director experience.
