Biography

Andrew is a construction executive, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to building stronger communities through both his professional career and volunteer service.
 
As Division Construction Manager for Highland Homes, Andrew leads teams responsible for delivering high-quality homes while fostering a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer experiences. His leadership is driven by the belief that every home represents an opportunity to positively impact the lives of the families who live there.
 
Andrew lives in Northlake with his wife and three children and is passionate about giving back, mentoring others, and helping build communities where people can thrive. His entrepreneurial experience provides valuable insight into business development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
 
Andrew is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of The How U Doin Foundation, where he is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of helping teens and families strengthen connection, improve mental health, and discover direction through an experiential clubhouse culture. He believes that small acts of kindness, genuine relationships, and servant leadership can create lasting change.
